REGISTRATION KIT

If you accepted an enrollment offer in the fall of 2008 and have returned your Enrollment Commitment form for the upcoming 2010 – 2011 school year, please complete the Registration Kit, as instructed below.

Instructions

  1. Print out ALL required documents (below) including the Checklist to ensure that you have all required forms.

  2. Complete one of each of the required forms PER ENROLLED CHILD PRIOR TO ATTENDING A REGISTRATION SESSION.

  3. Bring the entire completed registration kit to a registration session along with the following supporting documents:

    • Copy of your enrolled child(ren)’s birth certificate

    • Copy of your proof of residency in the form of ONE OF THE FOLLOWING: your warranty deed, or deed of trust, or tax notice, or lease agreement, or notarized letter from the person you are living with if you are living with someone and your name doesn't appear on the proof of residency (see samples)

    • Copy of your child(ren)’s immunization records

  4. Attend the MANDATORY registration session to drop-off your paperwork:

    • Thursday, February 25, 2010 at the Highlands Ranch Library anytime between 5:15 - 8:45 p.m.

Please note that we will NOT have extra registration kits on hand or a photocopier to copy any required supporting documents. It is imperative that you come prepared with all forms completed and documents copied.

If you are unable to attend a registration session, please send someone in your place to turn in the completed forms.
